Job Summary:
-
Performs professional Radio Frequency die wire bonding assignments of a basic degree of complexity under direction and supervision with limited latitude for independent action and decision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Operate WestBond wire bonding equipment for RF wire bonding.

Responsible for the RF eutectic wire bonding process for die bonding.

Prepare and maintain the tools and material for the implementation of the modules. Maintains that the implementation machines and testing instruments are in good working conditions.

Implements the microwave modules following the process instruction. Includes soldering, die placing, wire bonding cleaning and shielding.
MINIMUM DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years experience in West Bond wire bonding equipment for RF wire bonding

3+ years in RF eutectic wire bonding process for die bonding.

AAS degree in Electronics Technology or tech school graduate
MINIMUM DESIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES::

Experience of implementation under microscope

Experience of operating West Bond equipment for die wire bonding

Hands on experience on RF/Microwave inspection

Hands on experience in soldering

Hands on experience if wire-bonding including running the lab

Excellent English (list other languages as required)

Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills

Excellent telephone and oral communication skills

Strong public speaking and presentation skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as memos, general clerical documents, bank and financial statements, safety rules, instruction booklets and manuals
